These Terms of Service govern your use of the ContextWrap website and your purchase of ContextWrap products. ContextWrap is operated by Calista Cross-border Limited.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.
2. United States store
ContextWrap serves the United States market. Orders may be placed only for eligible United States delivery addresses accepted at checkout.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.
3. Product information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Product dimensions, materials, quantities, and other specifications shown on the applicable product page form part of the product description.
If we discover a material error in a product description, availability, price, or order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not by itself mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing or product-information errors, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate the appropriate refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation.
5. Payment
You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the amount shown before you submit the order.
Payment information may be processed by payment service providers. We receive transaction information needed to confirm and manage the order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship within 7 business days after receipt of a complete order and successful payment authorization. After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days.

If we cannot ship within the stated or an agreed revised timeframe, we will provide another definite revised shipment date and the choices and remedies described in our Shipping Policy and required by applicable law.
7. Cancellations and change of mind
You may request a cancellation or change of mind before shipment by emailing [email protected].
Eligibility is based on when the request is received in our support system. An order is considered shipped when it has been physically handed to the carrier. Creating a shipping label alone does not count as shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned for change of mind, except where required by applicable law. Delivery and product issues remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Returns, refunds, and replacements

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
